Details

This choice and relatively hardy bulbous plant is native to South America has clusters of sugar pink cups atop 9cm stems. Growing up to 2500M above sea level. If planted outdoors then a sheltered sunny well drained site is preferable. Plant the 7cm pot an an extra 4cm in depth to give added protection throughout its winter dormancy, although until stock is built up we suggest that it is best to grow in a terracotta pan for outdoors in Summer, and dry out indoors until Spring.
