This hardy terrestrial orchid is native to Russia, Japan and China with beautiful balloon shaped flowers with moth shaped upper wings. Relatively easy if given the right conditions. It is best grown in a semi-shaded site with plenty of humus rich soil, use old leaf mould, well rotted compost. Where ferns and woodland anemones thrive would be a perfect position for them, they don't like to dry out for too long therefore best not to grow too near shrubs and large treesThis hardy terrestrial orchid is native to Russia, Japan and China with beautiful balloon shaped flowers with moth shaped upper wings.
